Your audit, and what to do with it

Hi, it's Luke. I sent you your audit. It's the PDF attached to my email, and if you can't find it, text me and I'll send it again.

The three things near the front are the ones that matter most. You can fix them yourself, or I can fix them for you. Either way, the audit's yours to keep.

If you'd like me to walk you through it, text me and we'll find 15 minutes.

Luke from StreetGrow, arms crossed, smiling

What happens next

  1. We have a 15-minute chat about what I found and what I'd fix first.
  2. If you want to go ahead, I send you the written agreement to look over. You pay the setup when you say go, and the $200 a month starts a month after that.
  3. You fill in two short forms, send me some photos of your work, and I get started.

Once we're working together, you'll hear back from me within 2 business days.

What it costs

Your audit email says which one fits your business, and why. Setup is a one-off, then $200 a month, and there's no GST to add.

  • Tune-up, $400. Your website is fine, but your Google listing isn't.
  • Fix-up, $500. Your website works, but needs real work.
  • Full build, $800. You have no website, or one you can't control.

All three include your Google listing fully filled in, more reviews with every one answered, and your details matching everywhere you're listed.

The $200 a month starts a month after setup. It covers the audit each month, your website kept up to date, a new post from photos you send me, small changes (up to about an hour), and a short report with a 10-minute call if you'd like one.

What if it's not for me?

  • The audit's yours to keep, and you're welcome to fix a few things yourself.
  • No lock-in. It's month to month, with no fee to cancel.
  • You own everything. Your website, web address and Google listing are in your name.
  • If something's not right, tell me, and I'll fix it or let you go the same week.

Can I see some of your work?

External Living: Steve's landscaping business on the Northern Beaches

Before: he had no website, and his Google listing had no photos and no reviews.

What I did:

  • Built his first website, with photos of his jobs and a quote form that lets customers send him photos of their job.
  • Set up his Google listing with his services, photos and hours.
  • Put it all in his name, so he owns it.

Since then: Steve told me he got 5 calls in October from people who found him on Google.

He isn't in the top three on Google Maps yet. That comes with more reviews and time.

Mokosh Studio: my wife Frankie's hair salon in Bondi

Before: her home page didn't say what the business was or where it was. There was no way to book from the first screen, and the main photo took 36 to 51 seconds to show on a phone.

What I did:

  • Rebuilt the home page so it opens with what she does and where.
  • Put booking and call buttons up front.
  • Sped it up. On 30 October 2026 the main photo showed in 4.9 seconds.
  • Set the site up so ChatGPT and other AI tools can read it.
  • Started answering her Google reviews.

In September, the month the work was done, from Google's own counts on her listing:

  • 433 people tapped through to her website, up from 398 in August.
  • 193 people tapped to call her, up from 155.
  • 11 new Google reviews, all five stars. Over the year before, she averaged about 4 a month.
